KeepReady support

Start with the device that stopped reporting.

Open KeepReady on that device and check its connection. Android may delay background work after a restart, during battery saver, or when a manufacturer restricts background activity.

Include the Android version, phone or tablet model, and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, pairing codes, debug tokens, or purchase credentials.

Common help

Reports, pairing, and the widget

Why is a battery report old?

KeepReady uses Android background work, which does not run on an exact schedule. Open KeepReady on the reporting device, confirm it has a connection, and check whether battery saver or manufacturer background restrictions are active.

What does “stopped reporting” mean?

The latest report is older than the interval you selected. It does not prove that the device is offline, powered off, or unreachable.

How do I add another device?

Choose Add device, create a short-lived QR or manual pairing code, then enter or scan it on the other Android device. Do not share an active code outside the person you intend to add.

Why does the widget show older information?

The widget reads the latest snapshot saved by KeepReady. Tap its refresh control, then open the app if Android has delayed the background update. A widget placed before a size update may need to be removed and added again.

How do I stop alerts?

Open the device in KeepReady and change its low, full, or stopped-reporting alert settings. Android notification settings can also block all KeepReady notifications.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings and choose Delete account-free data or Delete account and my data. The account deletion page also explains how to send a verified email request. Use the data deletion page to remove selected records while keeping your account.
