A selective deletion request should name the device, space, or other KeepReady record you want removed. KeepReady will not ask for your password or an active pairing code.
Remove data in the Android app
- To delete a device and its saved report state, open Settings, find the device, choose Remove, and confirm.
- To remove your membership from a shared space, open Settings, choose Manage spaces, then leave the space you no longer use.
- To stop future alert data, open the device and turn off its notification choices.
Request data deletion by email
Email support@webdevnc.com with the subject KeepReady data deletion request. State which device, space, or record you want removed and send the request from the email address linked to your account when possible.
Support must verify account or data ownership before completing the request. Do not send a password, active pairing code, App Check token, Google Play purchase token, or other private credential.
Data removed after a valid request
Removing an owned device deletes its saved device record and nested report state. Leaving a space deletes your membership. KeepReady can also remove notification preferences and other records tied only to the verified device or membership named in your request.
Data that may remain
A shared space and its data remain available to other active members. KeepReady keeps active account and purchase records while you continue using those services. Normal cleanup removes accepted-report deduplication records after 30 days and alert-event records after 90 days.

Use the KeepReady account deletion page if you want to remove your sign-in account, profile, owned installations, memberships, notification identifiers, and purchase claims.
