Deletion is permanent. KeepReady cannot restore your account or data after deletion finishes.

Choose full account deletion if you want KeepReady to remove your sign-in account, profile, owned installations, memberships, notification identifiers, and purchase claims.

Delete in the Android app

  1. Open KeepReady.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account-free data or Delete account and my data.
  4. Confirm the deletion. KeepReady may ask you to confirm your password or Google account first.

Account-free access has no separate sign-in credential. Use the deletion control on a device that still has access to that account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot reach the deletion control, email support@webdevnc.com with the subject KeepReady account deletion request. Send the request from the email address linked to your KeepReady account when possible.

Support must verify that you own the account before deleting it. Do not send a password, active pairing code, App Check token, Google Play purchase token, or other private credential.

Data KeepReady deletes with your account

KeepReady deletes your Firebase Authentication user, user profile, push-notification identifiers, purchase claims, space memberships, and installations you own. If you are the only active member of a space, KeepReady also deletes that space and its nested device data.

Data that may remain

If other active members share a space with you, KeepReady transfers ownership to an active member and keeps the space data they still use. Normal service cleanup removes accepted-report deduplication records after 30 days and alert-event records after 90 days.

For deletion of selected data without closing your account, use the KeepReady data deletion page.

Cancel a Google Play subscription separately

Deleting your KeepReady account does not cancel a subscription billed by Google Play. Open Google Play, choose Payments & subscriptions, then cancel KeepReady before deleting your account if you do not want future renewals.
